- Plate heat exchanger for wort

with ventilation with 45-60 min cooling time

- Control panel with temperature control

02 CCT & storage

Fermentation / storage tanks CCTs are selected according to your planned annual production volume.
All CCTs have 25% head space, are insulated and stainless steel-cladded,  have individual cooling zones.

BBT have 10% head space with jacket cooling.

The tank top fittings consist of an overpressure and vacuum valve, bunging and cleaning fitting.
