02 Fermentation/storage tanks

Fermentation/storage tanks CCTs are selected according to your planned annual production volume.
All CCTs have 25% rise space, are insulated and stainless steel lined, and have individual cooling zones.

BBTs have 10% rise space and have jacket cooling.

The tank top fittings consist of a pressure and vacuum valve, a bunging and cleaning valve.
