- Mash tun / wort kettle (electrically/steam heated)
with agitator, temperature and level sensors
Stainless steel manhole, 75 mm insulation,

- Lauter tun with raking mechanism (adjustable),
removable false bottom, side
Manhole and Purifier's Grudge
- Wort/mash pump
- Standard single-stage plate heat exchanger for wort
with ventilation for a cooling time of 45-60 minutes
- Control panel with temperature control

02 Fermentation/storage tanks
Fermentation/storage tanks (CCTs) are selected according to your planned annual production volume.
All CCT units have 25% rise space, are insulated and clad in stainless steel, and have individual cooling zones.
BBTs have 10% rise space and have jacket cooling.
The tank top fittings consist of overpressure and vacuum valves, bunging and cleaning fittings.
