WE INTRODUCE OURSELVES
It all started 25 years ago with the company founder's idea to brew his own beer in his garage.
As an engineer in brewery plant construction, he designed the plans for his first small brewery with 50 liters of wort.
This system soon became too small and was replaced by a 120-liter system, and later by a 250-liter brewing system – each time supplemented by meaningful improvements based on newly gained experience.
This was followed by a 5-hl and a 10-hl plant.
There were many interested buyers for the "old" systems. To avoid the disappointment of those who were not considered, the systems were replicated and sold multiple times.
SUDHAUSBAU GmbH now boasts a reference list with over 70 systems sold worldwide.
BREWERY CONSTRUCTION TODAY
Today, SUDHAUSBAU has expanded its team to specialize in the production of complete brewing systems. With a team of 3 engineers and 2 master brewers, supported by our production team at our factory and on-site installation and commissioning teams, we offer comprehensive service from concept and design to manufacturing, assembly, and successful commissioning. Whether manual or automated, our systems are installed not only in Europe but also in China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia, and Bolivia.
On 640 m² of production area with 3000 m² of open and storage area, we manufacture according to DIN EN ISO 9001 andISO 3834-2. The manufacturing process operates according toAD - 2000 HP 0 and HP 100 R. Our experienced welders have welding certificates according toDIN ISO 9606-1 and DIN EN ISO 14732.And all of this is MADE IN GERMANY. What more could you want?
