WE INTRODUCE OURSELVES
It all began 25 years ago with the company founder's idea of brewing his own beer in his garage.
As an engineer in brewery plant construction, he designed the plans for his first microbrewery with 50 liters of cast wort.
This system soon became too small and was replaced by a 120-liter system, later by a 250-liter brewing system – each time supplemented by sensible improvements based on the newly gained experience.
This was followed by a 5-hl and a 10-hl plant.
Many buyers were interested in the "old" systems. To avoid disappointment among the unaccepted buyers, the systems were rebuilt and sold several times.
SUDHAUSBAU GmbH now has a reference list of over 70 systems sold worldwide.
BREWHOUSE CONSTRUCTION TODAY
Today, SUDHAUSBAU has increasingly specialized in the manufacture of complete brewing systems. With a team of three engineers and two master brewers, supported by our in-house production team and on-site installation and commissioning teams, we offer a perfect service from conception, design, production, and installation to successful commissioning. Whether manual or automated, our systems are installed beyond Europe, in China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia, and Bolivia.
On 640 m² production area with 3000 m² open and storage space we manufacture according to DIN EN ISO 9001 andISO 3834-2. The production works according toAD - 2000 HP 0 and HP 100 R. Our skilled welders have welding certificates according toDIN ISO 9606-1 and DIN EN ISO 14732.And all of this is MADE IN GERMANY. What more could you want?
